1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Revenor's financial management platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Revenor ("we," "our," or "us") and are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to Revenor's financial management platform, including all features, functionality, and related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to your registered account with Revenor.
• "Content" refers to all data, information, and materials you upload, create, or store using the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to your paid access to the Service.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Use of Service

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for unused portions are subject to our refund policy.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Ownership of Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

6.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time using the Service's export functionality. Upon account termination, you may request a copy of your data, which we will provide within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Revenor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period, subject to applicable legal requirements. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING EU CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. EU consumer protection laws also apply where applicable.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU law, if you are a consumer, you may bring disputes to the competent courts of your country of residence or to the courts of Cyprus. For business users, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes amicably. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revenor regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
